NYLDSPA Annual Banquet

Brent participated again in the New York LDS Professional Association's annual banquet, which this year was held on Friday, October 9, 2009, at the downtown Manhattan Marriott and honored Elder Richard G. Scott of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Brent was honored to offer the evening's invocation. The Church News covered the event:

New York LDS Professional Association Annual Banquet

Once again, as a co-founder of the NYLDSPA, Brent was involved with its annual banquet on October 22, 2004, held at the Marriott Marquis in midtown Manhattan. Keynote speaker was Kieth Merrill, LDS Academy Award-winning filmmaker and media critic. Here, Brent is shown speaking with Betsy and Tim Ricks and Joseph Ogden and Robert Gardner.

This year's New York LDS Professional Association's annual banquet keynote speaker was LDS Senator Gordon Smith from Oregon, whose participation was arranged by Brent.
