Roxanna Glass: "Paul's Admonition"

On October 6, 1995, Roxanna L. Glass, beloved member of the Manhattan Third Ward and gifted musician, was tragically killed while walking on the streets of Manhattan.

At her ward memorial service in New York City, which Brent conducted, members of the ward sang "Paul's Admonition," a piece based on the words of the Apostle Paul as summarized in the Thirteenth Article of Faith. This piece was originally composed by Roxanna at the request of Brent, as bishop, who suggested a special musical number for ward conference, the theme for which was based on this scriptural verse. The musical number immediately became one of Brent's all-time favorites.

"Paul's Admonition" can be heard here, performed by the Manhattan 3rd Ward Choir: "Paul's Admonition"
